Daily Vitamins /Medication - Preventing Recurrent Miscarriage
Oh dear, here we go again... just spoke to my naturopath, told her we are about to try for baby number 2. She's given me a familiar diet of vitamins.
Here's the list (I didn't record everything it last time because I was overwhelmed and confused by it all - but I have a better grip this time).
Standard vitamins (anyone can take):
Vitamins specific to me (based on ineffective DNA results):
Oh, it's my birthday today! I'm 42.
Here's the list (I didn't record everything it last time because I was overwhelmed and confused by it all - but I have a better grip this time).
Standard vitamins (anyone can take):
- Tresos Natal by Eagle, x1 per day (last time I took Thorne prenatal, x3 per day)
- Probiotics, x1 per day
- DefenCell by Nutrigenomic, x1 tablet twice a day (Anti-oxidants, last time I took Oxyvital)
- Aspirin, 75mg per day (take 1 month before egg transfer)
- Clexane injection, x1 injection per day from time of positive pregnancy test
- Omega fish oil, x1 per day (Nordic Naturals prenatal DHA, or BioActive Lipids by Orthoplex)
- Traumaeel, x1 tablet three times a day (start from embryo transfer, take for first 12 weeks)
- Cerebrum comp by Heel, x1 tablet twice a day (start from embryo transfer)
Vitamins specific to me (based on ineffective DNA results):
- Vitamin D by Eagle, x4 drops per day
- Optimal PC by Seekinh Health, x1 per day (phospholipid complex, this is apparently very important for me)
- Ubiquinol by BioBalance, x1 per day
That's x15 pills/injections/drops per day.
Note: I'm not taking the Biobalance vitiman B this time because apparently the DefenCell & Tresos Natal tablet has enough vit Bs (5 methylfolate) in it.
Oh, it's my birthday today! I'm 42.
